Artistically, From the the Artist Prospective this
little ' Allegator ' represents Social Injustice & NEPOTISM #
Social injustice is a relative concept about the claimed
unfairness or injustice of a society in its divisions of rewards
and burdens and other incidental inequalities based on the
user's worldview of humanity. Immorality is often used as a
synonym for this. The concept is different for different
worldviews of persons and societies. Conflicts in definitions
of social injustice is increasingly a platform of
emerging political parties. For some societies,
social injustice includes the distribution of advantages
and disadvantages in society aren't equal. For other societies,
social injustice includes repressing peoples' ability
to be fruitful for themselves and the society they are in.
Social injustice is used as a slogan by certain societies
to oppose other societies' definition of social justice.
Current hot topics include wealth distribution relative to labor,
skill and responsibility, prejudice, discrimination, oppression,
religion, homophobia, racism, patriotism, casteism,
capitalism, classism, ableism, ageism, stereotyping and sexism.
Based on the criteriology in which the part of logic dealing with
the establishment of criteria of this impressive
' Judge Abstract Face ' = Mr. Mo. Hadji enhanced this carving
with different Abstract features criteria.
Looking to this figurine, Observers are aware with 3 Basic
components :
1) 1900s Toque de Juge/Early C20th French Presiding Judge's hat/
Court apparel, legal attire - Silver braided toque/ Court Stage prop.
2) A judge's bench wig / barristers wig / COURT PERUKE.
3) Happuri mengu moustache & Samurai (Men Yoroi – Menpou).
So how this Artwork Expresses Injustice # Inequality # NEPOTISM??
From the Artist Opinion, Carving is a complicated
Art process, especially when about integrating a message
through wooden substances. This Complexity characterises
the behaviour of a substance, whose components
interact in multiple ways and follow local rules.
for instance you can not carve a Cow = & say it is a Kangaroo#
(in few funny words) !
This is the so-called = the behaviour of a substance, (in carving)
whose components interact in multiple ways and
follow local rules (available carving technics)
Hence, In Here , The Artist used:
(Whataboutism theory) to carve 2 contradictory references,
as mentioned before:
Element [1+2] : 19TH CENTURY EUROPEAN JUDGE LOOK.
Element [3] : Happuri mengu moustache &
Samurai (Men Yoroi – Menpou).
Through this Artwork Podcast interpretation,
Carver colleagues- Artlovers - Artists - and Public,
Are enjoying seing a silver Acrylic powder Statue which represents
A vintage concept , Of an Old Judge- court Leader.
Element [1+2] reveals the formal courtroom proceedings.
All old judges and barristers used to wear wigs, Thus
to bring a sense of formality and solemnity to the courtroom.
Likewise the robes the lawyers wear, the wigs are worn
as a symbol of anonymity, Sir, Newton said. The wigs are
part of a uniform that create a visual separation
between the law and those being brought up before it.
Accordingly, Element [3] is Enhanced into the sculpture
to create the surprising componenet in the carving
(extra-ordinary element), you may say what a
< Happuri mengu moustache & Samurai (Men Yoroi – Menpou) >
has to do with the Judge abstract ?? ##
Here is the answer ! First of all There is no Justice or Prison for
Wealthy / Rich Poeple, Because it is - them to decide
regulations. Secondly, social corruption, nepotism and
mediation and their most prominent manifestations of gift and
bribery are in any country
Then comes the political reasons, the foremost of which
is the weakness of the will and sincere intention of the
political leadership to combat nepotism, because of its own
indulgence or some of its parties in corruption, and political
quotas have a clear role in the emergence of nepotism;
where many unqualified people, based on their party affiliations,
are employed at the expense of the public interest,
and then the failure to apply penalties to those who
violate regulations and as the law- requirements
to protect the public interest, as complacency in the application
of punishment inevitably leads to an increase in the crime rate,
The citizen's poor access to information, which helps to spread
a corrupt environment and a culture far from adhering to the
ethics of the job, and the control of relations based
on mediation and nepotism.
the factors are too many if we want to discuss this bleeding
issue in any country.
that is why in this sculpture we have an abstract Judge
& Happuri mengu moustache & Samurai (Menpou) Beard.
2 elements when they are foregathered =
Means Force & power = Leading to the dictatorship in a society
and social inequality or NEPOTISM.
Sad but true !
