According To wikipedia, 
محمد الدرة: A 12-year-old (Muḥammad ad-Durra) was killed in the
Gaza Strip during widespread protests and riots across the
Palestinian territories against Israeli military occupation.
Jamal al-Durrah and his son Muhammad were filmed
by Talal Abu Rahma, a Palestinian television cameraman
freelancing for France 2, as they were caught in crossfire
between the Israeli military and Palestinian security forces.
Footage shows them crouching behind a concrete cylinder

of holes / empty circles to refer to the bullet force into
a barrier As the Greek proverb says: 

[In the weapon - There is a little wisdom].

Interestingly the Artist focuses his carving technics to
fulfil the zenith of this carving, to reflect to observers
the damages of wars ... Wars lead only to harm · injury · destruction 
vandalization  & to physical harm
that impairs the value, usefulness, & normal function of LIFE.
