Natural resources are defined as the physical elements of nature necessary for human survival and development, which are the Abiotic Natural Resources, mineral resources, like water resources, depth land resources, and biological resources, and can be classified according to their renewal into renewable and non-renewable sources

But How this Artwork Represents Natural Resources THEFT# ?

From the Artist statements is to denounce the defamation point
what the Carver consider "rampant corruption":
where lower level of government administrators-
Through the empty holes in the carvings, the Artist wish to expresses
his disappointment on the Regime in such a wealthy (natural resources)
country. Who is dealing under-table or small government officers.
Not Prime Minister Not ministers or their cabinets.

In other words, It means the theft of national wealth by powerful
leaders and their Strong-hands (officers), bureaucrats ! most importantly servants and agents. 
The one's (playing candy-crash) in the air-conditioned office - says the Artist.

Interestingly the Artist focuses his carving technics to fulfil the zenith of
this carving, He says : Take for example the rich natural resources of diamonds- cobalts - Uranium of Zaire !
But Zaire still in the tail of the poorest- countries in the World !
 But Impossible!  ==>  Possible ! Read this artifact title again !
 

The author also draws the attention to the fact that the phenomenon
of theft and looting of homelands has become such a
prominent and present situation globally - Different countries
entitled for "Combating Corruption". France - Germany - Cyprus.

Here the Carver through the Use of different Acrylic colors
desires to reflect on a list of Natural Resources, 
such as Diamond - Cobalt - Uranium - Zink - Petrol etc... 
Stolen wealth - Citizens Have no Return Benefits ! 
The Carver refers too to the state of plundering and substitution of national resources and wealth witnessed in Arab countries, such as Tunisia and Libya, AFTER WHAT THEY CALL ARAB SPRING REVOLUTIONS  -
ALL STOLEN Resources Never Been Seen Again.

THIEF WILL ALWAYS HAVE FRIENDLY HANDS IN A GOVERNMENT SYSTEM.
